About the Program
We are a U.S.-based healthcare organization led by Dr. Kunal Sood, a nationally recognized medical thought leader on management and practice growth.
We provide innovative diabetes education and coaching for patients across the United States. Our mission is to help patients improve their health, prevent complications, and build long-term healthy habits.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual diabetes education and coaching sessions for patients.
- Explain nutrition, glucose monitoring, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes in clear, simple terms.
- Document patient interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Coordinate virtual appointments and follow up with patients.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Requirements
- Nursing degree (licensed nurse in Colombia).
- Minimum 1–2 years of patient care experience, preferably in endocrinology, primary care, internal medicine, or health education.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Comfortable using technology, video platforms, and electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centered mindset.
