Position: Business Development Manager – LATAM
Location: Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in building strong, long-term partnerships with PSPs, banks, and crypto players across Latin America.

What You'll Do:
Sign at least 5 new payment providers or banks across LATAM within the first 6 months
Launch pay-in/pay-out solutions in at least 3 new markets, such as PIX (Brazil), SPEI (Mexico), CVU/Alias (Argentina), etc.
Negotiate top-tier terms — fees under 2.5%, settlement no slower than T+2, full crypto-friendliness
Build and maintain a monthly pipeline of 10+ actionable opportunities
Establish crypto partnerships (stablecoins, exchanges, OTC desks, or wallets) in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina
Ensure operational excellence by supporting onboarding, compliance, and partner activation from start to finish
What Makes You Our “A-Player”:
3–5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or crypto, ideally within LATAM
Direct experience working with Brazilian, Mexican, or Argentine PSPs and banks
Fluency in English (C1+) and Spanish or Portuguese — proficiency in both is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of regional regulatory complexity and FX volatility
Proven ability to negotiate with CFOs and onboard compliance/legal teams to close deals
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to move fast
