As a Health and Benefits Professional Excellence (PE), you will work closely with the Project Managers, Champions and Manager to constantly improve capability and performance of the Latam countries in TOM. Also you will collaborate with other colleagues to drive consistency across the program, share best practice, build common capability and drive the implementation of continuous process improvement (CPI).

The role

• Support / Resolve / respond to queries of PE (Emails, Teams, PE Cases, GBM Case....).
• Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with internal clients/colleagues at all levels.
• Able to work with the regional team.
• Responsible for Mechanical Review H&B Latam.
• Preparer Mechanical Review reports.
• Follow-up on Finding cases.
• Creation of Non-compliance cases.
• Follow-up on Non-compliance cases.
• Peer Review (Preliminary Report).
• Peer Review (Final Report).

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on process management as: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, O&M , Insurance professional , Etc.
