About the Role
The Capital Markets Associate will play a key role in shaping and executing CloudKitchens’ financing and acquisition strategy. You’ll manage relationships with banks and investors, structure and negotiate deals, and provide financial insights that directly influence how we scale globally. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with development, operations, and legal teams, while also presenting directly to the investment committee. It’s a great fit for someone with a strong foundation in finance, real estate, or investment banking who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with banks and credit facilities, including reporting on credit lines.
- Coordinate with vendors and banks to verify documentation, monitor facility requirements, and implement new processes across our portfolio.
- Track, update, and maintain current valuations and financial statements at both facility and portfolio levels.
- Lead credit restructuring initiatives, evaluate extension options, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze equity or debt opportunities for international regions, including the Middle East.
- Conduct quality analysis and credit valuations for Profoods and other subsidiaries.
- Source, structure, and lead acquisition efforts, including deal and PSA negotiations.
- Oversee diligence efforts, coordinate internal timelines, and collaborate cross-functionally with development, operations, and legal.
- Prepare and present deal packages and credit analyses to the investment committee.

This role is based in our Bogota office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
