Client Service Coordinator
(Home Office – Remote)
Pay Rate / Month: $1,000 USD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. (10:00 am to 7:00 pm Colombia)
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual: English (C1 or higher) + Spanish – Required.
- Proven ability to guide clients toward informed, confident decisions.
- Computer: Windows 11 or higher, 16 GB RAM DDR4+, Intel i5/i7 (6th Gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5+.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection.

We represent clients nationwide and focus on issues around asylum, citizenship, family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, deportation defense, temporary protection status, green cards, waivers, and consular processing. We also advise and represent businesses on all family-based visa scenarios, green cards, and various state and federal filings.

Your New Role:
The ideal candidate must be committed to developing a legal strategy to promote the NCP position, analyzing client objectives and goals, presenting them in a briefing, and coordinating effective communication to proactively address challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Bilingual: English C1+ and Spanish – Required.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Skilled at closing by creating urgency and promoting value.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary liaison between the company and clients.
- Managing inquiries, requests, and expectations proactively.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute projects according to client requirements.
- Preparing reports, tracking budgets, managing documentation, and ensuring accuracy in records.
- Addressing issues promptly, keeping clients informed, and ensuring satisfactory solutions.
- Guiding and training clients on company services.
- Collecting and using client feedback to improve processes.
- Setting and adjusting timelines transparently.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations for cohesive service delivery.
