For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-the-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Bogotá, Colombia office.

• Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations


• Execute vulnerability scans to detect and assess security weaknesses across client systems, followed by detailed reporting and remediation strategies


• Lead penetration testing initiatives to simulate real-world attacks, uncover weaknesses, and strengthen clients' security postures


• Manage and implement phishing simulation campaigns to educate clients’ employees on cybersecurity awareness and identify areas for improvement


• Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity training programs, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining security


• Conduct risk assessments for clients to identify vulnerabilities in their information systems. Collaborate with teams to develop governance policies and risk management frameworks that meet industry standards


• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations based on audit results and assessments


• Lead client-facing Cybersecurity discussions by serving as the primary technical point of contact for client communications, including kick-off meetings, ongoing project calls, and report debriefs, to clearly explain technical findings and recommendations


• Manage client communication channels by drafting and responding to client emails regarding testing progress, questions about findings, clarification requests, and general cybersecurity inquiries.


• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate complex cybersecurity challenges and enhance their overall security posture.


• Stay informed on cybersecurity threats and compliance, offering proactive advice to mitigate risks. Analyze threat intelligence to identify potential issues and monitor security systems for real-time incident response


• Lead security breach responses, collaborate with IT to integrate security in system design and DevSecOps, and establish cybersecurity policies while implementing data protection strategies

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or IT security consulting roles.


• A bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CRISC, CISA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are highly desirable


• Experience working within the KaseyaOne platform is a plus


• Experience working with financial institutions is a plus

• Must have regular and predictable attendance


• Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss complex concepts with non-technical audiences


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
