What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Superpowers):
Outreach that Moves Deals: Make 50+ daily calls to agents, title companies, sellers, and lenders — getting properties listed, offers signed, and closings locked in.
Property Coordination: Organize showings, walkthroughs, inspections, and appraisals like a pro.
Offer Champion: Collect, screen, and negotiate offers to maximize property value.
Master of the Paperwork: Handle contracts, disclosures, and addendums with accuracy and speed.
Deal Navigator: Follow up with agents, lenders, and title companies so nothing slips through the cracks.
Team Captain: Lead and delegate tasks to a Transaction Coordinator — keeping the workflow smooth and on time.
Relationship Builder: Create strong partnerships with real estate professionals to boost closing success.
Market Tracker: Stay on top of active deals and keep the team updated with progress reports.
Problem Solver: Handle challenges head-on with creative solutions that keep deals alive.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):
Experience as a Disposition Manager in real estate wholesaling.
Strong American-sounding accent for professional communication.
Solid background in real estate sales & dispositions.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple deals at once.
Top-notch organizational, communication, and people skills.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):
Acquisitions Manager or Transaction Coordinator background.
Familiarity with Novations.
Knowledge of U.S. real estate processes and systems.
