Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and Implementation of Talent Strategies
- Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives. This includes workforce planning, creating succession programs, and identifying critical skill gaps to maintain organizational competitiveness.
2.Change Management Leadership
- Lead change initiatives such as mergers, restructurings, or new technology implementation. This involves planning transitions, communicating with employees, minimizing resistance, and ensuring the organizational culture is preserved or adapted as needed.
3.Talent Development and Retention
- Implement personalized professional development programs, career plans, and retention strategies for high-potential employees. This may include designing mentorship programs, conducting regular performance evaluations, and negotiating competitive benefit packages.
4.Fostering Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Develop policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This includes actively recruiting diverse talent and implementing initiatives to reduce unconscious biases in decision-making, evaluations, and promotions.
5.Risk Management and Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws. This includes managing workplace harassment cases, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, auditing employment contracts and practices, and mediating high-impact labor disputes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in regional HR or operations roles.
- Strong understanding of labor law and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated success in driving change and managing large-scale talent strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in DEI program development and implementation is a plus.
