Job Title: Financial Project Analyst Intern
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: 6 Months / 1 year
Education Recommendations: Currently on your last semesters in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields.
Role Overview:
As a Financial Project Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in preparing global financial reports, supporting contract maintenance, and assisting with SOX reporting, offering you valuable insights into Nokia’s global operations and financial practices.
As part of the team, you will:
- Prepare and generate financial reports for CO project financials to support decision-making by Financial Project Controllers.
- Assist in Quantity (Master) Contract Maintenance and Service Order Processing in SAP to ensure accurate contract management.
- Complete SOX reports and provide supporting evidence to Customer Teams, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Organize and store financial documentation and reports in shared locations for easy access and reference.
- Support project closure by managing WBS, Sales Orders, and Service Orders, delivering monthly status reports to Project Controllers.
- Conduct data cleanup in SAP, focusing on open Quantity Contracts and GIT to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics and other Shared Service Teams to ensure successful project closure and data accuracy.

You're a great fit if you have:
- Proficiency in Excel, being able to create, analyze, and manage complex spreadsheets and financial data.
- Fluent command of business English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with SAP for contract creation, transfer, maintenance, and project closure.
- Understanding of SOX reporting, to support and complete reports and provide evidence to Customer Teams.
- Precision in preparing reports, documentation, and data clean-up tasks.
- A proactive approach towards self-learning and technology adoption.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Availability for a 1-year internship.
- Familiarity with SAP specifically for service order processing.
- Basic knowledge of SOX compliance processes.
- Project management skills to support cross-functional teamwork.
