👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Analyzing and processing data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and more).
✔️ Reviewing and validating data files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
✔️ Providing file specifications and collaborating with clients to correct discrepancies.
✔️ Supporting clients with ongoing system updates, renewals, and file configurations.
✔️ Monitoring and maintaining daily file transmission schedules.
✔️ Troubleshooting and resolving data errors promptly.
✔️ Implementing and testing new EDI connections for seamless data feeds.
✔️ Managing vendor interfaces to ensure timely data transmission and discrepancy resolution.
✔️ Working within the Employee Navigator Benefit Admin system for updates and configurations.
✔️ Training clients on new systems and processes when needed.
✔️ Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Proficiency in Excel, especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
✅ Experience working with large data sets and ensuring data accuracy.
✅ Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) to interact with clients effectively.
✅ Basic knowledge of Data Science is a plus.
✅ Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
✅ Previous experience with Employee Navigator or similar systems is preferred.
✅ Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized.
