What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Handle shipping documentation and coordinate customs processes.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, solving challenges in real time.
- Maintain accurate data entry and update shipment statuses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Up to 1.5 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual: English (B2) and Spanish, French is a plus
- A team player with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Adaptable, and eager to learn.
Position Details:
- Location: Bogotá, Colombia
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with availability for urgent matters).
- Start Date: Immediate
- Salary Range: 2,000,000 – 2,700,000 COP
