We’re Hiring: Recruiter – Medellín (Onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment to join our team in Medellín and provide direct support to our Recruiter Operations Team Lead. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) under a fixed-term contract for 3 months, with all legal benefits included. Based on performance and company growth, there is the possibility of extending the contract to an indefinite term.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and scan resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct first contact calls with applicants.
- Perform initial candidate screenings.
- Administer and manage recruitment tests and assessments.
- Maintain candidate records and track progress in the recruitment pipeline.
- Support high-volume recruitment processes for multiple positions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in mass/high-volume recruitment.
- English level: C1 (required) – must be able to conduct interviews and communicate fluently in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Onsite availability in Medellín.
Contract & Schedule
- Fixed-term contract (3 months) with all legal benefits.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Onsite in Medellín.
- Possibility of indefinite contract extension based on results and growth.
Salary
- Starting at COP 3,500,000 per month, depending on experience.
