Blackstone Medical Services is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team and help us attract top talent to support our mission in the healthcare industry. What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in English.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to all candidates throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent command of English (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required – we value drive and attitude
