ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Legal Assistant plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growth by connecting with potential clients and providing outstanding service to existing ones.
This person will answer incoming calls, follow up with leads who have requested information about bankruptcy, and guide them through the intake process with professionalism and empathy.
They’ll also make outbound calls, track lead activity, dispute invalid leads, and support the marketing team.
You’ll help build trust with future clients from the very first conversation, so warmth, reliability, and clear communication are essential.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE:
- Speaks and writes English clearly and professionally (C1-C2 level)
- Has experience with client communication, sales, or lead follow-up
- Enjoys talking to people and can explain things in a helpful, friendly way
- Follows up without being pushy and listens without judgment
- Pays close attention to details and follows through without needing reminders
- Is proactive and can take ownership of tasks without constant direction
- Knows how to stay calm and clear when clients are stressed or confused
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines without getting overwhelmed
- Learns new systems quickly and isn’t afraid to ask questions when something’s unclear.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
LEAD FOLLOW-UP & CLIENT COMMUNICATION
- Answer inbound calls from leads and current clients
- Make outbound calls to leads who requested bankruptcy info
- Follow up regularly with leads to keep them engaged and informed
- Explain the intake process, schedule appointments, and answer FAQs
- Dispute invalid or duplicate leads using firm processes
- Keep CRM records clean and up to date
- Track and report lead activity to the marketing team
MARKETING SUPPORT
- Support the marketing team
- Tag, sort, and segment leads in the CRM as needed
- Assist with compiling feedback or trends from lead conversations
- Brainstorm new outreach or follow-up strategies to improve conversions
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, tech support, or customer service
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 - C2 CEFR)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using technology and remote communication tools
- Able to work independently and solve problems under pressure
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated work-from-home setup
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and CRMs
PREFERRED:
- Experience in legal, financial, or sales-related roles
- Experience using CRMs
- Familiarity with secure document-sharing tools
- Comfortable working with emotionally sensitive or overwhelmed clients
