Company Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our expanding team in Latin America region. You will be part of a global support team, providing customers' technical support related to our innovative NIQ Activate product, and work with NielsenIQ customer success managers and other stakeholders to adequately troubleshoot and resolve customers inquiries and technical issues, as well as fulfil incoming requests such as users' setups and more.
Job Description
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent combination of skills and experience)
- 3-5 years working within a software engineering environment
- Working under guidance identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions.
- Build solutions and services that mitigate security threats.
- Collaborate well with other stakeholders when necessary to review specifications, understand and contribute to requirement/story identification/creation.
- Interpret this information to build and document new features to appropriate standards.
- Review and interpret system designs created by others.
- Good understanding of software architecture, issues and design.
- Good understanding of data and databases.
- Familiarity and good experience with Agile development methodologies and the complete product lifecycle from inception to delivery.
- Excellent English language communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical people.
