Coordinate customer orders and shipments, manage inquiries and complaints, and ensure service excellence. Support business growth and process improvement through collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders. Develop expertise in 4PL services and drive productivity within the Logistics Control Center.
How you create impact
- Manage operational activities under the direct supervision of Operations Supervisors.
- Resolve medium to high-level business issues involving IT, procurement, quality, and regional/global teams.
- Escalate critical information to relevant decision-makers and propose new business or service opportunities.
- Support training and onboarding of IL Operations Specialists for both existing and new clients.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities using advanced analytics and root cause analysis, in collaboration with Ops Managers.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, ensuring service level agreements are met for all clients.

- Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field
- Experience in logistics or a closely related operational area
- Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written)

What we would like you to bring
- Degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics operations, particularly in international cargo consolidation.
- Previous experience in 4PL environments is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, including handling claims and service inquiries.
- Familiarity with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and process documentation.
- English level B1+ (required) – capable of communicating effectively in both written and spoken form.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
