Role Summary:
We are seeking a licensed lawyer or highly experienced paralegal with 3–4 years of U.S. legal industry experience in auto accident and personal injury law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating and settling claims with U.S. insurance companies and managing cases from intake to settlement under attorney supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage U.S. auto accident and personal injury cases from intake to resolution
- Draft demand letters, settlement proposals, and legal correspondence
- Negotiate claims with U.S. insurance adjusters under attorney guidance
- Review and summarize medical records, accident reports, and police reports
- Maintain deadlines and documentation in legal case management software
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and medical providers professionally and promptly
Required Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited university (required)
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in U.S. personal injury or auto accident law
- Proven experience negotiating and settling U.S. insurance claims
- Excellent written and spoken English (professional level)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Proficiency with case management software preferred
