What You'll Do
- Prepares payroll in Workday or Regional/Local Platform on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly basis
- Administers the timekeeping system
- Calculates manual checks as needed, including final/ termination paychecks, commissions, bonuses, etc.
- Reviews, verifies and audits the accuracy of payroll data entered and compare against input documents each pay period
- Answers routine ticket, slack and email inquiries concerning payroll issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintains payroll tax profiles
- Coordinates Payroll Projects; contributes as required
- Can analyze processes and reports, surfacing areas of opportunities for improvement, cost savings or controllership opportunities
- Generates and distributes payroll audit reporting
- Prepares information for internal and external audits
- Assists with the consultation with external consultants and agencies on payroll matters (e.g. external auditors, legal, regulatory agencies, etc.)
- Coordinates with Legal on entity maintenance from a regulatory perspective
- Assists with various HQ projects that require payroll/time and attendance reporting, including gathering specific data monthly, quarterly and annually
- Interacts with third party vendors and providers

This role is based in our Bogota office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
