Process Analyst, Trade Spend, Trade Investment and Finance

The main purpose of this role is to generate control on Trade Investment claims by assembling, auditing and posting support documentation provided by commercial and customers teams to generate claims within the different trade investment tools by ensuring adherence to relevant policy and promotional calendar reducing delays on legalization that will feed monthly P&L and M&E analysis, budget control and expense performance.

Trade Investment Controller act as a partner to other functional areas to support commercial decisions and maintain a confirmed control.

Role must guarantee that the end to end commercial investment process is performed in a controlled way, providing access to the collaborators (Financial and Commercial) regarding the completeness of the process. Through the generation of reports from the Trade Investment Tool they will provide access tohe company to make decisions based on real facts and real information about Trade Investment legalization process, possible deviations contributions or risk to WC agenda and improvements in execution based on expertise and standard methodologies from other regions.

Role is also responsible to extend capabilities through the whole Latin America markets while crafting new services and standards and drive convergence with global services.

Spend execution control & management by customer / channel / segment.

Continuous improvement of the trade spend tool and processes involved

Reports generation and analysis.

Provide visibility and complete control of each of the commercial budgets.

Keep Process Documentation actualized and accurate.
