Overview
In Publicis Groupe / PXP - Bogotá, we are seeking a Production Project Manager with 3 years of experience in aduiovisual production or marketing fields. This role is focused on coordinating digital production processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. By optimizing production timelines and workflows, the Production Project Manager upholds the highest standards of quality and contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success through continuous improvement and cost-effective measures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production workflow process, solving conflicts as they arise to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate projects from offline to online delivery, ensuring quality control across various production types and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project teams and Craft Leads to translate project vision into requirements and solution design.
- Manage and organize internal resources to successfully allocate and complete projects on time.
- Lead weekly account team status meetings and participate in daily status meetings to assess resource availability and project progress.
- Analyze best practices and provide insights to drive improvements in production processes and deliverables.
- Oversee and provide direction on the team’s work, elevating quality and ensuring deliverables align with initial requests.
- Balance multiple simultaneous projects, efficiently managing time and resources to meet deadlines.
- Maintain an awareness of emerging digital production technologies to enhance processes and solutions.
- Develop direct reports by delivering performance reviews and professional development plans.
- Assist with production support, research, organization, and reporting to ensure comprehensive tracking and communication of project status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting digital projects involving current and emerging front-end technologies, including online advertising (OLA) and websites.
- Experience managing technical or creative teams, preferably within a creative/digital agency.
- Proficient understanding of creative production and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions.
- Ability to accurately assess team/resource availability and match skill sets for projects.
- Collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
- Experience managing the execution of HTML, email, online advertising, and other creatively driven technology projects.
- Understanding of how dynamic creative elements (e.g., OLA, OLV, CRM, sites) are built.
- Training in creative software tools such as Adobe CC is preferred.
