Regulatory Compliance Administrator I

Job Description

Support the compliance area with the identification of the legal requirements and validate the application in the company.
Support the criminal compliance process.
Review of new regulations shared by the external lawfirm and inform impacts.
Notify airlines accounts about new regulations and update the telemarketing process and matrix with new regulations that could impact the operation.
Constantly check the services and channels of the US accounts to be asure of the aplicability of the new regulations.
Review and follow up the completion of the internal processes.
