About the role
The purpose of this role is to build relationships between Lifeblood and external organisations to grow collections through the acquisition and retention of Donors. This will be achieved through building successful networks and relationships with key brands, businesses, government, education and community organisations. You will work with multiple stakeholders planning, executing and supporting Donor Engagement activities to meet the regions targets.
The Relationship Manager represents Lifeblood within their communities through active engagement of current and future donors to achieve donor attendance KPIs.
Some interstate and intrastate travel will be required, as will attendance of functions and events outside of business hours.

- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management required.
- Proven experience in successfully planning and implementing customer-facing activities and events.
- Demonstrated ability to develop initiatives to achieve required outcomes.
- Ongoing monitoring of performance within your territory, adjusting activity plans as required.
- Highly developed communication abilities, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, work in a high-pressure environment, and a track record of motivating self to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver’s licence
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with WFH flexibility based in Sydney. A valid drivers license is required as you will be driving between Shire, Moore Park, and Hurstville on a regular basis.
