Sales Director (Player-Coach)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Base + uncapped variable (bonus + overrides as team scales). This is one of the highest if not the highest-earning BDR opportunities for the right person.

This Role Is for a Top 0.001% BDR - Ready to Lead
We’re one of the fastest-growing proptech companies in the U.S., backed by top-tier VCs and some of the largest landlords and managers in the country.
We’re hiring a player-coach — someone who will start solo as our top outbound SDR, master the system, and then scale and lead a team of 5–8 SDRs.
This is the perfect role for someone who:
- Loves the hunt and can still bang the phones
- Has the leadership instincts and drive to build a team from scratch
You’ll be on the phone day one, setting meetings yourself — but with the clear trajectory to hire, train, and manage a high-performing team under you.
What You’ll Do
- Call, text, and DM prospects every day — you’ll lead by example
- Book qualified meetings for Directors from cold outreach
- Tailor messaging by persona and property type — help us sharpen the motion
- Track your outreach and follow-up — and teach others to do it better
- Build systems and training for future SDRs
- Collaborate closely with Sales + Ops to shape the team and stack
- Coach and uplevel junior SDRs as they join
- Create dashboards, scripts, workflows — you help write the outbound playbook
- Share market feedback that informs product and strategy
Who You Are
- 2–4+ years experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles
- Prior team lead, SDR manager, or coaching experience preferred
- You’ve been top of the leaderboard — and helped others get there
- You know how to cold call, text, write, follow up, and close for time
- You’re hungry to lead a team and build a culture from the ground up
- Experience in real estate, fintech, or early-stage startups is a plus
- You are fluent in English — must be clear, confident, and have little to no accent
- You're based in Colombia and able to travel to the U.S. for business purposes.
Compensation
- Base salary + uncapped variable
- Bonuses for team performance + overrides as you scale
- High upside as both IC and team leader
Communication Requirement
- This is a phone-heavy role.
- You must have fluent English (A1/A2 level or higher) with little to no accent, and speak clearly and confidently on calls and voicemails.
Tools + Stack
- Dialers, CRM (Hubspot), texting tools
- Contact + account lists (with flexibility to expand)
- Slack, Google Meet/Google Voice, call recording, and whatever systems help you coach and win
What Success Looks Like
- In your first 60 days, you’re booking 20+ meetings/week solo
- By month 3–5, you’re helping us hire and train SDRs
- By month 6, you’re leading a pod of reps with KPIs
- You own the team, the process, and the energy
- You’re building a culture that breeds top 1% outbound talent
- You’re joining us for quarterly or biannual offsites — always in unforgettable locations
