We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and outbound outreach and drive sales growth from our Medellín office. This role involves contacting potential clients via phone, text, and email, conducting meetings, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact through closing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling to business owners, is fluent in English, and thrives in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via calls, texts, and emails to qualify prospects and schedule meetings
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal creation, follow-up, and closing sales
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM
- Draft and send professional proposals and agreements in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive client experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to business owners or B2B clients
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) - MANDATORY
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and office communication tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an office setting
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Must reside in Medellín or the metropolitan area
