Ready to take your sales skills to the next level? We’re looking for motivated closers to join a high-converting sales campaign focused on U.S. customers interested in extended vehicle warranties.
You don’t have to search for clients, our openers transfer live customers directly to you! Just deliver a strong pitch, answer a few questions, and transfer the customer to our senior closers, who will handle the final sale.
Location: Laureles, Medellín
Base Pay: $4 USD/hour + Daily Commissions to maximize your income
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Your Role:
Speak with real customers transferred by our opener team
Set clear expectations and qualify the lead
Transfer the call to our senior closers
Hit your daily and weekly goals — and get paid for performance!
Performance & Pay Structure:
Daily Target: 2 transfers
Commission Plan:
- First 5 transfers per day → $10 USD each
- From your 6th transfer onward → $15 USD each
The more you transfer, the more you earn — with no income cap.
