We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows-based cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end cloud and virtual desktop solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
This role requires deep experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (nice-to-have). You will partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and architect end-to-end VDI and AVD solutions that meet enterprise needs for scalability, security, and high performance.
- Define cloud infrastructure blueprints leveraging Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
- Contribute to multi-cloud strategy by evaluating and integrating solutions across Azure and GCP environments.

Implementation & Optimization
- Lead deployment and configuration of Azure Virtual Desktop and other VDI platforms.
- Optimize workloads, identity management, and security policies for enterprise adoption.
- Establish automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

Governance & Security
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud security and governance.
- Implement Zero Trust and endpoint management strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with engineering, operations, and business units to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
- Participate in RFPs, proposals, and solution workshops with stakeholders and clients.
Experience and knowledge
- 8 years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 5+ years in solution architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in VDI technologies and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments at scale.
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, governance, automation).
- Deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, PowerShell, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking, load balancing, and hybrid cloud setups.
- English level B2+ (Please apply ONLY if you meet this requirement).
