Job Description
- To provide initial and re-training for studio Online Casino Dealers and Shufflers
- To fully prepare and update the training material/sessions
- Inform the technical department and the other departments concerned of any occurrences of any kind of system
- Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees
- Assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program
- Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes on the training program to your manager
- Attend meeting, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary
- Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees
- To create and schedule in new training groups
- To attend and assess the trainee’s examination
- To fill in Training Documents and reports
- To coordinate and hold re-training sessions in order to improve the quality of work
- To work closely with the office manager in regard to uniform orders, inventory and related paperwork
- To coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to conduct interviews and ensure smooth transition into training academy
Qualifications
- Must not be on disciplinary action
- Must have passed probationary period
- Fluency English (B2 Level) (both written and spoken).
- Must be available for ALL Shifts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A high sense of accountability, motivation and determination
- An Intermediate level of computer skills Operations Management databases and Microsoft Suite
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to act as a role model
