We’re looking for a talented remote UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of interaction design. You’ll work on client projects from early exploration through polished delivery, crafting clean user-centered designs alongside our team.
Bonus points if you have experience with Webflow, WordPress, motion design, or micro-animations.
Note: This role is open only to candidates currently residing in Colombia.
What You’ll Do:
- Design user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile products using Figma
- Create clean wireframes, polished UI mockups, and clickable prototypes
- Design and document design systems and component libraries
- Translate UX strategy into user flows and layouts
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients directly
- Deliver responsive, dev-friendly designs with clear specs
- (Bonus) Build or support builds in Webflow or WordPress
- (Bonus) Design motion concepts or microinteractions to enhance UX
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows. Autolayout and components are a must.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and hit deadlines
- Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices
- (Bonus) Experience with Webflow or WordPress
- (Bonus) Knowledge of motion design or tools like Lottie, After Effects, Rive, etc.
