About the Role:
Cloud Accountant Staffing is seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across multiple clients in the United States, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. What You’ll Do | Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle US payroll processing for multiple clients across different states
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations
What You’ll Bring | Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in US payroll processing
Experience managing payroll for 100+ employees across multiple clients
Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and multi-state tax regulations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
