As a Sales Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—listening closely, scheduling consultations, and helping them take the next step. Your work will directly support a growing business, reigniting relationships with past clients and ensuring every lead feels valued. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident, empathetic, and energized by helping others make decisions that matter.
• Monthly Compensation: $1,150 to $1,220 US
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Answer inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule consultations and manage calendar availability
• Follow up with leads and former clients to re-engage interest
• Make proactive efforts to bring back old clients
• Collect and process payments accurately

• Ability to build rapport quickly and relate to diverse individuals
• Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-ups
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, intake, or client-facing roles
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and VOIP tools
Softwares
• CRM: Clio (mandatory)
• VOIP: GoTo
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
