Vendor Accounting Analyst
Basically the link between the company’s finance team and its external vendors (suppliers). Their main job is to make sure the accounts with those vendors are accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile vendor accounts: double-check that invoices, credit memos, payments, and deductions match up and are recorded correctly.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies: if something doesn’t balance (like a missing invoice or incorrect charge), they research the issue and either fix it or escalate it to management.
Prepare payment documents (AP Vouch): ensure vendor payments are ready for review and approval.
Monitor vendor receivables: make sure vendors don’t have old unpaid balances that could hurt the company’s financials.
Maintain vendor relationships: work directly with vendors to resolve account issues and keep communication smooth.

Someone early in their career (entry-level, 0–1 year of experience).
With good English (intermediate to advanced), since they’ll need to communicate clearly.
Strong attention to detail, organized, and comfortable with numbers.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
