On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are looking for a talented and versatile Video Content Creator to join their team and enhance their digital presence across various platforms. This role will focus on producing engaging and informative video content for YouTube, social media, and internal communications, as well as for their conference lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute video content strategies aligned with the firm’s overall marketing and communication objectives
- Collaborate with legal professionals and marketing teams to translate complex legal topics into clear, engaging, and informative video content
- Video Production & Creative Development
- Create compelling video content from concept to completion, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and direction
- Design and incorporate motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and visual elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement
- Post-Production & Editing
- Perform advanced video editing, including color correction, audio mixing, and the integration of visual effects
- Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and maintains brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging
- Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule and publish content across relevant channels
- Platform Management & Optimization
- Adapt and optimize video content for distribution across multiple platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Maintain an organized archive of raw footage, edited files, and published content for easy access and reuse
- Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay current with industry trends, social media algorithms, emerging formats, and best practices in video content creation
- Continuously explore and propose new tools, technologies, and creative approaches to improve video effectiveness and reach
- Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks
- Maintain file organization, asset management, and project documentation
- Support the marketing team with occasional non-video creative tasks such as basic image editing or content formatting
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the marketing or communications team as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, animation, and content creation for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D).
- Experience with various camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective video requirements and best practices.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Some experience in video content for the American Markets.
Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time
