Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a background in customer service or sales and helping customers with their eCommerce orders.
We are flexible around experience level, and prefer someone with experience in/around DTC & eCommerce.

What will you be doing?
- Answering customer questions via email, sms, phone, and other channels.
- Helping manage our online community on Facebook and posting on social media.
- Assisting with related tasks, like helping our marketing team optimize our website so that customer needs and questions are solved through our site.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English. You MUST be fluent in spoken English!
- Passion for service and creating a wonderful Customer Experience
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
- Genuine passion for helping customers learn about our products.
- A background in sales or customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience, a definite asset.
