Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Proactively call and email current customers to introduce and explain Flexivan's 3 core service offerings.
- Answer basic questions about how each product works and how to get started.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, interest, and next steps in the CRM.
- Provide excellent communication and professionalism in every interaction, representing the brand with warmth and clarity.

Minimum requirements:
- Experience: at least +2 years of experience in Customer Service Experience.
- Language: Advanced English skills. B2+ or C1 preferred.
Perks:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- Places: This position will be hybrid in Medellin
- Salary: 3'200.000 COP
