Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and support our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting IT profiles, excellent communication skills in English, and a strong ability to work independently while staying detail-oriented. This role is key in helping us identify and attract top talent, particularly in the areas of technology and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offers and onboarding
  • Utilizing various channels to find qualified candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and internal referrals.
  • Collaborate with management and the Recruiting Coordinator to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinating interview times between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve processes and strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Proactively suggest tools, strategies, and process improvements to optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in IT roles (cybersecurity recruitment experience is a strong plus), preferably in a remote setting
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, while being a proactive team player.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field
