About the Role:
Reclatam, a leading legal staffing company, is hiring on behalf of one of our U.S.-based law firm clients for the position of Legal Assistant / Case Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in Personal Injury law who is looking to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with managing cases from intake through resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other parties.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using case management software (Clio).
- Monitor deadlines, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare, draft, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, professional communication.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Case Manager (Personal Injury experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Clio or other case management software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 9 AM 5 PM PST business hours.
