Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding & HR Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires while supporting HR operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide support throughout the end-to-end onboarding process, from offer acceptance to start date.
- Ensure candidates complete all required steps, including documentation, background checks, and medical/drug tests, providing guidance as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records, compliance documents, and other HR-related files with accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to guarantee a seamless onboarding and HR support process.
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- No prior experience required—motivation and willingness to learn are key.
