We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to amplify our operations and client-centric approach. You'll play a key role in coordinating communication with clients and subcontractors, managing CRM systems, and ensuring polished email correspondenceall aligned with Upstream Home's heartfelt mission to make home happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a communication hub between clients, subcontractors, and the Upstream Home teamanticipating needs and ensuring smooth, proactive coordination.
- Operate and manage CRMs to update project statuses, track client information, and document key communication threads.
- Manage email correspondence with professionalismfilter, prioritize, respond with clarity, and escalate as needed.
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure all written communications and documentation are accurate, well-formatted, and reflect Upstream Home's values.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative coordinator, or in a similar support role.
- Proven ability to work with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and adapt to new platforms quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsclear, warm, and professional.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervisionself-motivated, tech-savvy, and reliable setup.
