As an Accounting Support, you will focus on providing administrative support for the processing of international orders, preparing export documentation and arranging international transportation.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external resources
- Respond to general inquiries received via email and by telephone from internal and external sources
- Track and trace international shipments using a variety of websites and e-mail
- Advise specialists of delays in shipments via e-mail
- Print management reports from the in-house system
- Comply with applicable international regulatory laws and standards
- Accurately prepare all international export documentation and electronic export filings, as required
- Contact carriers via phone, e-mail, or website to create bookings for shipments
- Help manage all fiscal period close demand spikes
- Perform related duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:
- Education: High school diploma is required; a College education related to Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: With at least 1year of experience working in an accounting role, or similar
- Knowledge of financial and accounting terms
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Language: Good English skills B2 or C1
Perks:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift. Following the US Calendar.
