Requirements:
English level: B2+ / C1.
2+ years of experiencia in Customer Service
Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, Technologist, or Professional Degree.
Schedule:
Sunday to Sunday with shifts from 6:00 am to 1:00 am, (2 days off per week, defined by operations).
Total of 42 productive hours per week.
Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary: $2,850,000 (biweekly payments)
Unlimited commissions + attendance bonuses
Contract: Indefinite term.
Seniority Bonuses
$1,000,000 after 1 year.
$1,000,000 after 2 years.
$1,000,000 after 3 years.
Additional Benefits:
Prepaid medical insurance after 3 months of contract (conditions and restrictions apply).
