The Channel Sales Specialist II works to achieve individual sales targets within the product area and/or account by selling products/ services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. This will be a hybrid role in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote the sale of products to new and established accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration
  • Assist partners/clients throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales
  • promotions and training, to achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve sales goals by optimizing and maintaining a steady and qualified channel network.
  • Identify and networks with reliable channels, resulting in deeper market penetration and wider market reach
  • Maximize revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of channel partners
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set short- and long-term sales channel strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current programs

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medicine, professional nurse or related
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English level
  • Two years of work experience promoting the sale of products to new and established accounts or assisting partners/clients throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising or sales promotions and training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
  • Previous Medtronic experience is a plus
