What Will You Do?
As a Retention Agent you will be responsible to build long-term relationships with customers. Your mission is to understand customers needs, to address concerns, and provide real value, all with the goal of turning potential cancellations into loyalty.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in customer retention within the telecommunications sector
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level )
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first mindset and a goal-oriented attitude
Schedule: 8-hour shifts starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Two days off per week
On-site position – Barranquilla, Colombia
