As an Ethics & Business Integrity Business Partner for LATAM MCO, this role supports the Strategic EBI BP LATAM MCO & Head of EBI COPAC in driving Sanofi's positive Ethical culture. This position collaborates with assigned MCO GBU/functions, serving as a key point of contact on EBI related matters within their designated area of responsibility.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Supporting leadership in maintaining an overview of the businesses, fostering proactive partnerships with management to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk taking.
• Assisting in identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas of potential vulnerabilities, and inefficient processes, while partnering to optimize compliance with company values and Code of Conduct.
• Contributing to the measurement and improvement of the EBI program's efficacy, helping to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of action plans with leadership teams.
• Supporting robust governance, thoughtful risk taking, and ethical practices across the MCO.
• Providing input for independent judgment in assessing EBI related matters, supporting the business, and contributing to the development of remediation strategies as needed.
• Reporting to the Strategic EBI BP LATAM MCO & Head of EBI COPAC, assisting in the strategic oversight of the Sanofi EBI program within the assigned area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support for BUs and CSFs across COPAC
• Collaborate with country EBI Head/team and MCO management to design and implement actions/corrective actions to remediate deviations/deficiencies/preventions
• Ensure the implementation of GOPs/standards/best practices is done timely and appropriately in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi EBI standards
• Ensure that EBI training, awareness and communication campaigns are deployed to the targeted audiences
• Solve complex EBI issues that may potentially have a significant impact on Company's reputation
• Report potential violations of laws, regulations, rules, policies and Company's procedures and participate in the investigations on requests of the Global EBI team

About you

• Experience: 8–12+ years in ethics, compliance, or integrity roles within multinational or multicultural environments, ideally in pharmaceutical, consumer-health, or healthcare industries
• Proven experience in business partnering—providing practical, ethics-based solutions in collaboration with leadership
• Deep knowledge of global ethics frameworks (e.g., Anti-Bribery/Corruption, data privacy), local regulations across LATAM, and third-party risk management
• Soft and technical skills: roven track record in multinational and multicultural environments across Latin America .
• Demonstrated experience business partnering — collaborating closely with Country/Cluster leadership to integrate EBI principles into commercial strategy, decision-making, and daily operations

• Education: University degree in management/business administration, law or other relevant discipline
• Languages: Advanced English
