The HR Services Analyst supports the HR Services organization with their data and analytics needs. It contributes to advancing the HR Services strategy by leveraging data insights to deliver a seamless digital and HR experience, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position will be a Hybrid position in Bogotá

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Perform data analyses and translate these into insights and recommendations for leaders and teams
• Leverage data analyses to measure process performance, identify key indicators for future improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to help HR Services prioritize areas of focus
• Design, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable insights and are user-friendly for stakeholders at all levels
• Lead or participate in projects where you will be the primary contact to support data and analytical needs (e.g. Process Improvement or Technology Implementation)
• Report out on core KPI’s across multiple platforms and across multiple leadership level
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with broader organizational goals and initiatives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (Power BI, Power Query), with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive ownership of outcomes, and familiarity with HR processes, systems, and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
