Position: Immigration Paralegal (Employment-Based Visas)
Reclatam is conducting a search on behalf of a prestigious California law firm for a highly skilled professional with experience in employment-based immigration matters in the United States.
Requirements:
- Proven experience handling O-1 visas, H-1B visas, and other U.S. employment-based immigration petitions.
- Mastery of English (written and spoken) is required.
- Candidates must be from Latin America, with prior experience working on U.S. immigration cases.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cases independently.
