LatAm - Angular Lead Technical Consultant

We currently have a career opportunity for a Angular Lead Technical Consultant to join our team located in LATAM.

As an Angular Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Angular-based web applications.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, setting coding standards and promoting best practices.
• Review code and ensure adherence to quality, performance, and security standards.
• Guide and participate in the modernization of legacy applications to Angular frameworks.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend strategies for system improvements and front-end optimization.
• Support project estimation, planning, and risk management from a technical perspective.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks, integrating innovative solutions where applicable.
• Troubleshoot complex issues during development, deployment, and post-launch phases, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (v8+).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Akita) and modular application design.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs integration and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience with front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Jenkins, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Micro-Frontend Architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end deployment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.
