• Answering inquiries of RINGANA partners and customers via chat, mail and phone
• Advising partners and customers on possible applications and combinations of RINGANA products - in particular on special offers
• Correspondence with customers and partners
• Invoicing of purchase orders
• Processing returns
• Investigating missing/delayed packages
• Complaint management
• Product advice
• Occasional participation in events

ring(skills)

• Minumum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with an international background
• Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
• Very good spelling and grammar skills in the respective languages
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• High degree of initiative and independence
