Location: Calle 77 # 59-35 – Piso 13 Barranquilla, Colombia
Availability: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Start Date: August 18, 2025
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Outstanding customer service and client retention skills
- Strong communication via phone, email, and text
- Computer proficiency and phone-savviness
- Motivated problem-solver with time management and organization skills
- Industry knowledge in logistics or auto shipping (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Establish and manage customer accounts
- Accurately quote shipment pricing and service details
