The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and handle the entire requirement definition, visualization, and graphics creation, including illustration, logos, and photography. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, displays, and more.
Your graphics need to grab the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.
The goal is to inspire and engage the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visual elements based on the requirements.
- Prepare drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.
- Use the appropriate colors and designs for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
- Test graphics on various media.
- Modify designs after feedback.
- Make sure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and WordPress.
- Good eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excelent comunication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

- This is a remote full-time job (40 hours per week average)
- Schedule availability, work from home with stable fast internet, 2 screens preferred.
- Schedules between 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday to Friday some Saturdays 40 hours max work per week
- 40 hours paid vacation after 1 year based on employee accrual.
- We will provide Microsoft office, phone application online, and shared server access.
