Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

The main objective is to guarantee the development and execution of effective strategies through contact channels, developing actions that accompany the commercial team. Its purpose is to maximize commercial resources for market adoption, gaining market share and increasing sales. The scope of this role includes deeply understanding the target market, defining the value proposition, managing capabilities to improve service levels, coordinating sales activities, and analyzing data to optimize market strategy.

Your Impact
  • GTM Strategy Development: Define and articulate the contact strategy through the different channels (DSD, OT, Proxi, Mayor) including market segmentation, portfolio positioning and execution standards.
  • Performance of sales strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve growth and expansion objectives.
  • Planning and Alignment: Align detailed plans to strengthen the service through our commercial team, ensuring coordination between the marketing, sales and operations teams.
  • Market and Competition Analysis: Conduct continuous market and competition analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust the GTM strategy accordingly.
  • Commercial Area Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with the commercial areas of each market, addressing their needs and providing insights to improve the contact and service strategy.
  • Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, operations and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the GTM strategy.
  • Measurement and Analysis of Results: Establish KPIs and measure the success of the launch and GTM activities, using data to inform future decisions
  • Budget and Financial Management: Manage the budget assigned for GTM activities, ensuring a positive return on investment and balance of the cost of serving for each channel.
  • Transformation and Digitalization: Ensure the correct implementation of the digital model through a GTM strategy aimed at market development and market share gain, in order to achieve efficiencies and positive margins for the business in the medium and long term.
  • Reports and Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about the progress and results of GTM activities.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?

  • Graduated in areas of Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
  • Fluent English
  • 3-5 years of experience in leadership positions, managing preferably commercial teams.
  • Knowledge and integrated management of the mass market.
